Mike Huckabee Meets with SEA members a second time

SEA members had a spirited discussion with Republican Presidential candidate Gov. Mike Huckabee on November 9th. He faced tough questions with candid honesty.  He spoke about the health insurance system – and how it’s broken – and discussed his concerns about the growing disparity in wealth distribution. 

He directly asked for SEA support, both to shake the traditional alliance between Republican candidates and business organizations, and to allow for continued dialogue between the union and the candidate.  Gov. Huckabee is the only Republican candidate to have reached out to SEA members.  He met with members in May, and toured the Youth Development Center and the NH Prison for Women in September.
